Animoto: an Online Tool to Create a Video

Hello, everyone! Welcome back to another post. I hope you are all doing well. In this post, I'd like to talk about an online tool called Animoto.

Animoto is basically a free online tool that helps us create a video. We can combine several different videos, pictures, and music into one video using this tool. Animoto also offers a lot of kinds of music that we can use directly as the background sound of our video. In addition, it offers lots of interesting templates and layouts that we can use for making our video more engaging and eye-catching. Here are the steps of making a video using Animoto:

1. Open the website of Animoto (https://animoto.com/projects). You have to log in or you can sign in using your email if you haven't had an account yet.

2. Click the “CREATE” button to start making the video.

3. After you click it, you will see a lot of templates offered by Animoto. You may choose one of those templates to start making your video or you can also create your own video by clicking the "START FROM SCRATCH" button.

4. If you click the "START FROM SCRATCH" button, you will be directed to the following screen where you can choose the theme and ratio of your video.

5. You can post the video on your social media or you could also upload it later after you have done with the editing. You may click the "skip" button that I circle with the red line below.

6. After clicking the "skip" button, you will then be directed to this screen.

7. To start making the video, click the "PROJECT" button and then upload or drag your materials to the box under the button.

8.You can also add more slides by clicking the + button. There would be a lot of different layouts that you can choose for your video.

9. After you have finished editing, click the "export" button.

10. Your video is now being processed and you may wait for a few seconds.

11. After your video is finished, you can download the video and share it on your social media. You will also get the link of the video (Animoto link).

Yay! You've finished making a video using Animoto :)

By the way, I also made a lesson video using Animoto, and here is the link:  https://animoto.com/play/yp8g116f2tM0fxYt7ZI32g

That's all for today. I hope this post could help you create a video using Animoto. See you in the next post, everyone!
